Our yoga classes have been created, with a deep respect for the tradition and philosophy of ancient hatha yoga, to balance the lunar and solar energies inside the body. Committing to just a couple of minutes each day will give you increased strength, improved flexibility, better posture, better sleep and improved digestion. On a mental level you will notice reduced symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression, improved focus, clarity & insight. Above all you will feel a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the world around you.

PILATES

Our pilates classes are a combination of classical + BASI techniques. BASI Pilates is a comprehensive approach to Pilates that combines traditional principles with modern techniques. Developed by Rael Isacowitz, it emphasizes precision, flow, and mindful movement to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture. With a focus on functional movement and individualized instruction, BASI Pilates provides a balanced and effective workout suitable for all fitness levels.

CACAO

Ceremonial Grade Cacao is a gentle plant medicine that has been used for decades by south and central american cultures as a way to open the heart on a physical and spiritual level. Consuming cacao with a mindful practice gives you a chance to reconnect with yourself and experience a state of bliss. Cacao ceremonies are the perfect place to experience the magic of cacao and take the time and space to go deeper with the plant.
